Characters for a story I wrote in pre-production. I went through the whole project before I started to think about how difficult it would be to animate the characters as drawn (for myself, but more so if a group of us had to tackle it). So then I played around with simpler versions. Hopefully they're still interesting.

The story takes place in a lamp shop. I'll explain a bit more later, probably once I have more visuals to help. It's a bit bizarre. Employee character isn't cold-hearted, he's just underpaid. :'| I've temporarily named them marlow and jay, though I don't think it'll come up.

Below is our first little project for character animation. Mine is the one with the kitten & bear. (I also edited it together! Guh final cut- next time I'm using premier. :I Avi was responsible for the awesome background soundtrack.)

The life you save may be your own

First illustrations for pre-production. This is basically the intro, rising action, climax, and resolution of a short story by Flannery O'Connor. I think the intro is my favorite.
